摘 要:以煤低温热解后的废渣为原料,用2mol/L的HNO3采用水热高温活化处理得到改性半焦,并以罗丹明B染料废水为目标物,考察了吸附剂添加量、溶液pH、吸附时间、溶液浓度等影响因素对罗丹明B模拟染料废水的吸附性能,并通过X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)进行了表征.结果表明,在半焦添加量2g/L、pH=2、吸附时间40min、的条件下改性半焦对罗丹明B模拟染料废水的吸附效果最佳,在废水处理中具有广阔的前景.Modified semicoke was prepared using coal waste residue and 2 mol/L HNO3 by high temperature hydrothermal activation treatment, with rhodamine B as the target, effect of the added amount of adsorbent, the solution pH,adsorption time, the concentration of the solution and other factors on modified semicoke adsorption performance were investingated, and which were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results showed that when volume of addition is 2 g/L, pH=2, carbocoal ad- sorption time is 40 rain,the quality of modified semicoke of rhodamine B dye waste water ad- sorption effect is best, and it has broad prospects in wastewater treatment area.
