摘 要:为实现电力应急现场指挥通信的广域覆盖,通过研究基于无线自组网的电力应急现场通信系统,针对电力应急场景特点进行通信节点架构、路由协议的优化设计,实现了容量大、自愈性强、灵活性高的电力应急现场通信系统,并基于该系统开发设计了集成多媒体、定位等综合信息交互共享的移动应用软件,全面提升了电力应急现场信息报送、指挥调度、救援决策的信息传送能力。经实践验证,该系统对提升电力应急现场指挥效率具有很高的价值。In order to provide wide area communication for power emergency, this paper presented an on-site power emergency communication system based on mobile ad hoc network(MANET). The node architectures and routing protocols were optimized in accordance to power emergency rescue scenarios to achieve a system with larger coverage, higher capacity and greater flexibility. Then mobile application software was developed with the integration of multimedia and position information sharing based on the system, and leading to a comprehensive improvement of the information transmission ability of power emergency information submitted, dispatching and rescue decision. The practice results have proved that this system could greatly promote the efficiency of on-site emergency commanding.
