摘　　要：为了保证汽轮机的安全稳定运行,针对隔板、汽封找中心在安装与检修中出现的问题,阐述了隔板、汽封找中心的目的及注意事项,提出了找中心的测量方法及公式。实际应用效果表明,该测量工具测量准确,使用方便,提高了工作效率和经济效益,使隔板、汽封中心达到设计要求,保证了机组的安装及检修质量、工程进度及安全稳定运行。In order to guarantee the safety operation of steam turbine, for the problems emerged in installation and maintenance of clapboard and gland sealing center, this paper expounds the purpose and matters of clapboard and gland sealing center that need to pay attention to and the measurement method and formula of finding center are put forward. Practical application effects show that this measuring tool measures accuracy and easy to use, which improves the working efficiency and economic benefits, makes the clapboard and gland center meet the design requirements, and ensures the quality, construction schedule and the safe and stable operation of installation and maintenance of the unit.
