摘　　要：介绍并条胶辊的作用、使用要求和结构，分析胶辊使用中出现跳动、游动和并每机产生12cm机械波的原因，提出应做好胶辊间和车间的基础管理工作，才能使用好胶辊、杜绝生产中非正常质量波动。指出，做好胶辊全面检测、控制、管理工作才能做好质量控制。Introduction is made to the doubling cots regarding the use, requirements and struc- tural. The reason is found with springing,floating and 12 cm-mechanical wave with the roller. It is pointed Out that the basic management coordination should be done between the rollers room and the workshop to avoid abnormal quality fluctuation in production. Only comprehensive work with detection, control,and management is done, can good quality control be realized.
