摘　　要：为用好瑞士贝克BGSLMB型全自动磨胶辊机，详尽介绍其功能特点，对比传统化学处理与紫外线光照处理的优缺点。通过其实际应用的体会，提出时间分段保养计划；指出BGSLMB型全自动磨胶辊机作为贝克胶辊加工处理系统核心设备，具有加工精度高、自动化程度高、效率高的优点。In order to make good use of the automatic rubber roller grinder BGSLMB from Berkol Swiss,introduction is made to the function characteristics comprehensively, comparing with the traditional chemical treatment and UV light treatment regarding their advantages and disadvantages. Through the application, a time phased maintenance plan is introduced. It is pointed out that the automatic rubber roller grinder BGSLMB as the core equipment of the Berkol roller processing system, characterized as high processing precision,high degree of auto- mation, and high efficiency.
