摘 要:探讨了巯基棉 (SCF)吸附分离汞的机理 ,研究了在pH 3 .5HAc NaAc缓冲介质中 ,在TritonX 1 0 0存在下 ,Hg2 + 与TMK形成胶束增溶配合物的最佳条件。这种Hg2 + TMK TritonX 1 0 0配合物在波长 5 40nm处有最大吸收 ,此时ε=1 .5 8× 1 0 5L/ (mol·cm) ,桑德尔 (Sandll)灵敏度为 0 .0 0 1 2 5 μg/cm2 。灵敏度比常规方法提高十几倍。此法应用于矿石、工业废水和环境水样中微量汞的监测分析 ,获得了较满意的结果。方法精密度优于 7% ,标准加入回收率为 99%~ 1 0 5 %。In this Paper,a new and highly sensitive method for determination of trace mercury with micellar solubilization spectrophotometry separation and concentration by sulfhydryl cotton(SCF) has been discussed.The absorption mechanism of SCF has been explored.In the HAc NaAc buffer medium with pH=3.5 and in the presence of non ionic surfactant(Triton X 100),the mercury form a micellar solubilization complex with thiomichlersketone(TMK).The maximum absorption of the complex is at 540 nm and the molar absorptivity is 1.58×10 5 L/(mol·cm). The sensitivity(Sandll) is 1.25×10 -2 mg/m 2.Sensitivity of this method increases by more 10 times in contrast with usual spectrophotometry.The method has been applied for determination of trace mercury in ores,industrial effluent and environmental water samples.The results are satisfactory.The RSD is better than 7% and recovery of mercury is 99%~105%.
