摘　　要：[目的]首次克隆获得石渠棘球绦虫Es95基因,并进行序列分析,为研究抗包虫病候选疫苗提供理论指导。[方法]从高原鼠兔肺脏包囊上获得石渠棘球绦虫原头蚴,提取全基因组,并根据NCBI上6种棘球属绦虫95基因序列设计引物,以基因组DNA为模板扩增到Es95基因,并克隆到T载体上,测序后进行序列分析。[结果]以石渠棘球绦虫全基因组DNA为模板扩增出Es95基因长为1 330 bp,序列分析含有3个外显子和2个内含子,有1个糖基化位点,N端有一信号肽序列(16个氨基酸),C端有跨膜区(23个氨基酸),亲水性低,B细胞抗原表位预测有ES95潜在抗原表位6个。[结论]ES95是一个分泌性糖蛋白,在包虫病的预防上具有重要意义。[Objective] The Es95 gene was cloned from E. shiquicus, the sequence analysis was conducted, which will provide theoretical guidance for candidate vaccine in anti,Echinococcosis. [ Method] 6 nucleotide sequences of Echinococcus 95 genes download from NCBI were used as reference sequence for＇designing primers and then was amplified with PCR from total DNA as the template. The Es95 was cloned into vector T and sequenced. [ Result] After sequenced, it was found that the length of complete Es95 gene was 1 330 bp, bioinformatie software was used for analyzing the ORF of Es95 and found that it had 3 exons and 2 introns. ES95 was a secreted protein, with one glycosylate sites, a 16-residue signal peptide in N-terminal and a 23-residue trans-membrane region. The analysis of B-cell eptitopes indicated that the ES95 has 6 potential antigen eptitopes. [ Conclusion] ES95 was a secreted protein, with one glycosylate sites, it may played a great role in anti-Echinococcosis.
