几种生防菌剂对番茄的促生作用

摘　　要：[目的]探讨几种生防菌剂对番茄的促生作用。[方法]采用蘸根和浇灌盆栽试验研究3种生防菌剂对盆栽番茄的促生作用。[结果]生防菌剂C对番茄生长有明显的促进作用,用量为1.0 g/kg时处理盆栽番茄的植株鲜重、根鲜重较对照分别增加11.0%、64.5%;生防菌剂L对番茄生长也有明显的促进作用,用量为1.5 g/kg时处理盆栽番茄的株高、根长、根鲜重较对照分别增长27.5%、28.3%和18.0%;新分离筛选细菌A2对番茄生长有明显的促进作用,接种量为1.0×109个/盆时,处理40 d后盆栽番茄根长、株鲜重、根鲜重较对照分别增长8.3%、22.4%、24.7%。[结论]试验结果为番茄连作障碍生物防治提供了理论依据。[ Objective ] To study promoting effects of several bio-control agents for tomato＇ s growth. [ Method ] This paper＇ s aims is to pro- mote tomato＇s growth by several bio-eontrol agents dipped root and watering potted plants. [ Result] Agent C for 1.0 g/kg concentration on preventing and promoting health potted tomato significantly more control, including plants in fresh weight, root fresh weight in the respective growth of 11.0 percent compared with control, 64.5% ; agent L for 1.5 g/kg concentration on preventing and promoting health potted tomato significantly more control, including in height, root, root fresh weight, in the respective growth of 27.5 percent compared with control, 28.3% , 18.0% ; dealt with 40 days, A2 1.0 ×10^9 bacteria/pots on the pot of tomato disease prevention and significant role in promoting health, In roots, fresh weight, root fresh weight in the respective growth of 8.3 percent compared with control, 22.4 percent, 24.7 percent. [ Conclusion] The study can provide scientific basis for bio-control of continuous cropping obstacle in tomato.
