摘  要:[目的]明确代森锰锌和戊唑醇对马铃薯早疫病菌不同菌株的毒力。[方法]采用菌丝生长速率法测定了从西南北部马铃薯主产区采集的35株马铃薯早疫病菌对代森锰锌和戊唑醇2种杀菌剂的敏感性。[结果]代森锰锌和戊唑醇对所有菌株均表现出较强的抑制作用。其中,代森锰锌的EC50为1.000 0~10.000 0μg/ml,平均为5.100 0μg/ml;戊唑醇的EC50为1.000 0~7.000 0μg/ml,平均为3.300 0μg/ml。[结论]该区域内马铃薯早疫病的防控仍可使用代森锰锌和戊唑醇,但要注意药剂交替使用,并实时监测菌株的抗药性。[ Objective ] The aim was to understand toxicity of Mancozeb and Tebueonazo]e on different strains of Alternaria solani caused pota- to early blight. [ Method] Thirty-five isolates ofAlternaria solani were collected from the major regions of potato production in the northern area of the southwest China. The sensitivity to Mancozeb and Tebuconazole was determined by mycelium growth rate method. [ Resuh ] Mancozeb and Tebuconazole were toxic to all strains. The EC50 values of Mancozeb and Tebuconazole were in the range of 1. 000 0 - 10. 000 0 and 1. 000 0 -7. 000 0 μg/ml respectively, followed by the mean ECso value were 5. 100 0 and 3. 300 0 μg/ml. [ Conclusion] Prevention and control of potato early blight can still use Mancozeb and Tebuconazole. It was advised that Mancozeb and Tebuconazoleto should be used alter- nately and the strains of drug-resistant of fungicides were detected at any time.
