摘  要:[目的]针对某化工厂排放的农药废水难降解、盐含量高等诸多特点,原生物法处理不能达到排放要求,在不改变原主体工艺和不大幅增加构筑物及处理成本的前提下,对原工艺进行技术改造。[方法]采用铁炭微电解、Fenton高级氧化对农药废水进行预处理,去除COD、Cl-、重金属等有毒有害物质,再采用传统的厌氧-好氧生物处理法进行处理。[结果]采用铁炭微电解-Fenton高级氧化-厌氧-好氧组合法处理难降解农药废水,极大地提高了废水的处理效果,出水达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)一级标准。[结论]试验结果为农药废水处理研究提供了参考。[ Objective] The refractory pesticide wastewater from a chemical plant had many characteristics of difficult degradation and higher salt content. The original biological treatment could not meet the emission requirements. Under the premise of without changing the original subject process and greatly increasing structures and processing cost ,some technical reforms to the original process were carried out. [ Method] The pesti- cide wastewater was pretreated by Fe-C micro electrolysis and Fenton advanced oxidation so that toxic and harmful substances like COD, Cl^- and heavy metals were wiped off, and then the traditional anaerobic-aerobic biological treatment method for processing was used. [ Result ] After the Fe-C micro electrolysis-advanced oxidation-anaerobic-aerobic biological processing technology was used to deal with refractory pesticide wastewater,the treatment effect of wastewater was improved greatly ,which reached the first standard of "Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard" (GB8978-1996). [ Conclusion] The results provide reference for study on treatment of pesticide wastewater.
