摘 要:本试验旨在研究益生菌、果寡糖及其组合对后备母猪生产性能、血清免疫指标和肠道微生物的影响。选用相同日龄的长白×大白后备母猪224头,随机分为4个组,每组4个重复,每个重复14头。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,益生菌组、果寡糖组、益生菌和果寡糖复合组分别在基础饲粮中添加0.2%益生菌、0.1%果寡糖、0.1%益生菌和0.05%果寡糖,试验期30 d。结果表明:各试验组日增重均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),饲料增重比低于对照组,饲粮能量和蛋白质消化率高于对照组;试验组血清中三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T_3)、四碘甲状腺原氨酸(T_4)、生长激素(GH)水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组血清中免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);各试验组大肠杆菌数量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);各试验组双歧杆菌数量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),但乳酸杆菌的数量在3个试验组间没有显著差异。由此可见,益生菌和果寡糖都可以不同程度地提高后备母猪的生产性能、血清免疫指标,改善后备母猪的肠道微生物菌群,且益生菌和果寡糖的组合效应更为显著。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of diets supplemented with probiotics and fructooli- gosaccharide (FOS) and their combination effect on the growth performance, immunity and intestinal flora of replacement gilts. 224 replacement gilts (LandracexYorkshire crossbred) were randomly divided into 4 groups (control group, FOS group, probiotic group, complex group), with 4 replications per group and 14 gilts in each replication. Control group were fed with basal diet, experiment groups were fed with the basal diet supplemented with 0.2% probiotic, 0.1% FOS, 0.1% probiotic and 0.05% FOS, respectively. The experiment lasted 30 days. The results showed that compared with the control group, the average daily gain (ADG) of each experiment group was significantly higher than the control group(P〈0.05), average daily feed intake/average daily gain (F/G) was lower than the control group, apparent digestibility of energy and protein was higher than the control group; the level of T3, T4, GH in probiotic group and complex group were higher than the control group (P〈0.05); The level of IgA, IgG, IgM in probiotic group and complex group were higher than the control group (P〈0.05); the amount of E.coli in feces of 3 experiment groups were lower than the control group (P〈0.05), the amount of Bifidobacterium in feces of 3 experiment groups were higher than control group (P〈0.05), but the amount of Lactobacillus between 3 experiment groups has no significant difference. It was concluded that probiotic and FOS can improve the growth performance, immunity and intestinal flora of replacement gilts in varying degrees, and more significant in the complex group.
