周岁大足黑山羊消化器官发育特点研究

摘　　要：实验旨在研究大足黑山羊周岁前消化器官发育特性。选取初生及1周龄、2周龄、1月龄、2月龄、6月龄、1周岁大足黑山羊各6只,公、母各半,共计42只作为研究对象,采用称重法、排水法研究了大足黑山羊消化器官发育指数变化规律。结果表明:大足黑山羊消化器官重量随年龄的增加逐渐增加,6月龄基本达到成年水平,生长速度由快到慢为复胃、肝脏、脾脏、小肠;小肠长度和容积在2月龄到6月龄增长最快;各年龄阶段胃室相对容积变化趋势基本一致,均于2月龄到6月龄阶段增加最为显著,增长70%,其次是1到2月龄阶段,增长10%;消化器官相对质量发育变化规律不一,复胃相对质量随着年龄的增长逐步增大,小肠相对质量随周龄的增加先升后降,肝脏、脾脏相对质量随年龄变化规律不明显。大足黑山羊消化器官发育较早,6月龄基本接近成年重量和容积。消化器官发育的顺序依次为复胃、肝脏、脾脏、小肠。The aim of the study was to investigate the developmental characteristics of digestive organ during of Dazu black goats with one year old. A total of 42 healthy Dazu black goats , were selected at the age of newborn, 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 months, 2 months, 6 months and lyear, respectively, and each age group had 6 replicates. Developmental characteristics of digestive organ was determined in weight, length and volume. The result showed that the weight of digestive organs increased gradually until the age of 6 months old approaching adult levels. And the order from fast to slow of weight gain of digestive organs was stomach, liver, spleen, and small intestine respectively. The length of small intestine grew fastest from newborn to 1st week old, while the volume of small intestine grew fastest from 2 to 6 months old. The growth trend of volume of stomachs was almost the same, which quickly grew increases during 2 to 6 months old. The growth amount was around 70%, followed during 1 to 2 months old. The relative weight of digestive organ of Dazu black goats were not the same. The relative weight of stomachs raised with the age increasing. That of small intestine first increased with weeks of age, and then decreased. Liver, spleen was not obvious with age of week. In brief, digestive organ of Dazu black goat develop earlier, and it is close to the adult weight and volume of digestive organ at age of 6 months. The sequence of development of digestive organs is stomach, liver, spleen, small intestine.
