摘 要:针对高压油压系统压力测量连接管道锥核密封特性开展研究,通过仿真研究分析了预紧力对高压油液共同作用下密封锥核的应变规律。仿真结果表明,螺纹固定扭矩大于20 N·m时,密封锥核表面应变可达0.032 361 mm,可满足高压密封的目标。而当螺纹固定扭矩小于30 N·m时,在高压油液压强的共同作用下,密封锥核将与传感器连接通道分离而产生泄漏,需要更大的预紧力才能确保压力测量系统的正确运行。密封锥核应变特性的研究将有助于高压密封设计水平的进一步提升。The performance of seal cone in connection pipeline of ultrahigh pressure measurement has been studied. A simulation model was built up to research the effects of pre-tightening force and high pressure of oil on the strain behaviors of seal cone. The strain displacement of cone was 0.032361mm, when the thread tightening torque was larger than 20N·m. Then, the cone and connection can be sealed well. When the thread tightening torque was smaller than 30N·m, cone was separated from the connection by the high hydraulic pressure and oil would be leaked from the connection. Thus, larger pre'tightening force is required to make sure the excellent seal between cone and connection. The researching on the seal behaviors of cone under ultrahigh pressure measurement would promote the design level of ultrahigh pressure seal.
