摘　　要：汽车安全带是传统的保证安全行车的被动安全配置,是在汽车行车中发生猛烈碰撞时预紧器可以把安全带拉紧,限制驾驶者或乘员的位置,保证乘员的安全。将发动机曲轴技术分类和国际专利分类法相结合制定专利检索策略,以专利数据库系统为平台,总结了汽车安全带专利申请的申请量趋势,申请地区分布、技术类型分布、申请人分布现状,明确汽车安全带相关专利的分布状况,为国内汽车安全带生产制造企业、技术研发部门、汽车制造企业以及各研发单位在制定研发策略及实施专利布局时提供参考。Automobile safety beh is traditional to guarantee the safety of the passive security configuration is in vehicle driving in a violent collision tensioner can the safety belt tension and limit the driver or occupant position, ensure that the crew safety. Will engine, crankshaft technology classification and international patent elassification combined make patent retrieval strategy, patent database system as a platform, summarize the automobile safety belt to apply for a patent application trend for regional distribution, technology type distribution, the distribution status of the applicant, clear auto safely with palenls relaled to the distribution of, for the domestic automotive safety belt manufacturing enterprises, R ＆ D department,automobile manufacturing enterprises and the R ＆ D units as a reference for the formulation and implementation of patent layout of strategy development.
