摘　　要：以Microsoft Visual Basic6.0为平台开发出《折流杆热交换器计算机辅助设计程序》软件,可进行热交换器热计算、结构计算、阻力计算和强度计算。同时,对AutoCAD二次开发,在计算结果的基础上,自动绘制折流杆热交换器,包括热交换器轮廓图、热交换器布管图和热交换器布杆图,实现自动布管和布杆。本程序软件可以帮助设计人员快速完成折流杆热交换器的设计,减少工作量,提高工作效率。The soflware of the auxiliary program design of rod traffle heat exchanger was developed by the platform of The Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0. The calculation of heat, structure, resistance and strength can be achieved in the program. Simultaneously the AutoCAD was developed secondly based on the calculation results, Also the rod baffle heat exchanger including the contour map, tubes arrangement map and rods arrangement map can be drew automatically. Also tubes and rods can be arranged automatically for heat exchanger in the design. The software can help designers to complete the design of rod baffle heat exchanger quickly, to reduce the workload, to improve work efficiency.
