摘 要:利用ANSYS仿真液压挖掘机斗杆两种典型特殊工况下的受力情况,通过查看仿真结果中的应力应变云图得到两种工况下斗杆的危险部位(应力和应变值最大处),并对斗杆结构提出简单的优化建议。结果表明,利用ANSYS进行液压挖掘机斗杆有限元静强度分析,可在设计阶段全面掌握斗杆刚度和强度,指导结构设计,减少后期试验次数。We simulate the stress of hydraulic excavator arm by using the ANSYS software. We get the dangerous parts of the arm by viewing the stress and strain nephograms (The maximum stress and strain appears in these parts). And some simple suggestions on optimizing the structure of the arm are put forward as well. The results show that, by using the ANSYS software simulating the static strength analysis for arm, we can fully grasp the strength and stiffness of the arm in the stage of design , guide the structural design and reduce the number of experiments.
