摘  要:介绍了一种用于单杆双活塞正位移式海水淡化能量回收装置的插装式四通整流阀。利用FLUENT流场仿真软件对四通整流阀的主流道进行了流场仿真,研究了其速度流线、静压及湍流动能在流场中的分布情况,分析了压降、压力波动、能量损耗、振动及噪声产生的主要原因。通过对四通整流阀的阀芯前端锐缘倒角进行圆角处理和加大阀口开度,使得阀腔内部及出口附近湍流动能减小,阀口处液流流速得到缓和,且压力损失明显降低。This paper has introduced Cartridge four-way rectifying valve which was used in the single pole double piston positive displacement energy recovery device of desalination. Used FLUENT flow field simulation software for the mainstream way of the four-way rectifying valve to simulate, researched that the velocity flow, static pressure and turbulent kinetic energy distributed in the flow field, analyzed the main reason for the cartridge four-way rectifying valve which produced pressure drop, pressure fluctuation, energy loss, the vibration and noise. For four-way rectifying valve, rounded off the sharp edge of the front-end buffer head of valve core and lifted valve opening, made the internal cavity of valve and nearby outlet region turbulence kinetic energy reduced, relaxed the valve inlet flow velocity, the pressure loss has obviously decreased than that before optimization.
