头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠合理用药分析

摘　　要：目的通过分析临床科室头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠使用情况,探讨该药在临床上使用的合理性。方法选取蚌埠医学院第二附属医院2011年9月临床A、B、C三个科室的归档病案,手工查阅及统计,其中A科室73份、B科室28份、C科室11份,C科均为非手术患者使用,A、B科均有手术患者用药与非手术患者用药病例,从用药指征、给药时机、溶媒、联合用药及给药方法等方面统计分析患者使用头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠的基本情况。结果选择头胞哌酮舒巴坦钠用量较大的3个科室A、B、C作为分析对象,手术患者55.36%及非手术患者44.64%,两者偏差不大,3个科室使用头胞哌酮舒巴坦钠64.3%有用药指征,95%给药时间及用药方法正确,96.4%所选择的溶媒是正确的。但A科室在盆腔炎和流产后的患者中应用头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠缺少相应的病原性检查。结论头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠临床用量较大,使用基本合理,但仍有部分患者在用药指征、给药时机、溶媒选择等方面存在问题,需要临床及院相关职能科室进一步加强培训和管理,从而使该药在临床使用上更加合理。Objective By analyzing the clinical use of cefoperazone sulbactam sodium injection in clinical departments, to explore the rationality of the drug use in clinic. Methods In our hospital in September 2011, the hospital medical record of three clinical departments of A, B and C, were checked manually and statistics was conducted, the A Department 73 copies of records, B section 28 ,and C section 11, C subjects were using non operation patients, cases in A, B, were both operation and non operation patients, the basic situation of the use of cefoperazone sulbactam sodium injection such as the drug indication, dosage and time, solvent, combined use of drugs and drug delivery methods were recorded and analyzed. Results The top three sections （A, B and C） of cefoperazone sulbactam injection dosage were analyzed statistically,44. 64% patients with operation, and 55.36% patients with non operation, both had little difference, among the three depart- ments ,64.3 % of the patients had the indications of the use of cefoperazone sulbaetam injection, time of administration and treatment methods were correct among 95% of them, choice of solvent was correct among 96.4% of them. But in A sec- tion, corresponding pathogens in patients with the pelvic inflammatory disease and abortion were not checked after applica- tion of eefoperazone sulbaetam injection. Conclusion The clinical dosage of cefoperazone sulbaetam injection was large, its usage in our hospital was rational, but there were still some problems such as syndrome, medication time, solvent selec- tion in medication, the training and management should be strengthened further in clinical and related functional depart- ments, so as to make the drug more reasonable in clinical use.
