摘　　要：目的:采用Meta分析我国文化背景下留守儿童的心理弹性,为研究儿童心理弹性提供理论依据。方法:采用系统检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、维普中文科技期刊全文数据库和万方数据资源1989-2013年发表的有关留守儿童及其心理弹性,且心理弹性的评估是采用胡月琴编制的青少年心理弹性量表为评估工具的文献,通过R软件采用连续变量加减均数差合并统计量。结果:符合入选标准的文章共4篇,涉及留守儿童监测样本量1281人,对照组为1606人。心理弹性评估显示:RSCA-目标专注的MD为-0.03,95%CI为(-0.14~0.08);RSCA-情绪控制的MD为-0.10,95%CI为(-0.25~0.05);RSCA-积极认知的MD为-0.32,95%CI为(-0.62^-0.02);RSCA-家庭支持的MD为-2.84,95%CI为(-4.38^-1.31);RSCA-人际协助的MD为-0.13,95%CI为(-0.39~0.12)。结论:留守儿童的心理弹性在积极认知、家庭支持方面不如非留守儿童。Objective：To conduct a meta-analysis to explore the resilience of parent-absent children in China,and provide the theory basis for parent-absent children.Methods：Publications between1989 and 2013 were extracted from China National Knowledge Infrastructure（CNKI）,Chinese science and technology journal database（VIP） and Wanfang Databases.Observational studies consisting of parent-absent children（assessment using Resilience Scale for Chinese Adolescents）.Parent-absent children and resilience were included in full text.The meta-analysis was weighted mean difference method.Results：Four papers were included for meta-analysis,with a total study sample size of 1281.The control group sample size was 1606.The combined effect value mean differences of RSCA-goal planning factor were-0.03（95% CI：-0.14 ～ 0.08）.The combined effect value mean differences of RSCA-affect control factor were-0.10（95% CI：-0.25 ～ 0.05）.The combined effect value mean differences of RSCA-positive thinking factor were-0.32（95% CI：-0.62 ～-0.02）.The combined effect value mean differences of RSCA-family support factor were-2.84（95% CI：-4.38 ～-1.31）.The combined effect value mean differences of RSCA help-seeking factor were-0.13（95% CI：-0.39 ～ 0.12）.Conclusion：The resilience of parent-absent children is lower than that of normal children in positive thinking and family support.
