超声对曼月乐环治疗子宫腺肌病的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨超声对曼月乐环(左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统,LNG-IUS)治疗子宫腺肌病的临床疗效.方法超声随访观察65例子宫腺肌病患者放置曼月乐前后子宫体大小、内膜厚度、子宫肌壁回声及双侧附件区的变化.结果放置曼月乐1个月后,子宫内膜明显变薄,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);放置12个月后,子宫体大小有缩小,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).放置6个月后子宫肌壁弥漫性病变回声多转变为局灶病变回声,附件区囊肿缩小.结论定期的超声检查是随访观察曼月乐治疗子宫腺肌病疗效较直观简便的方法.Objective To investigate the role of ultrasound in evaluating the therapeutic effect of mirena （levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine system （LNG-IUS） on uterine adenomyosis. Methods Ultrasound was used to observe the uterine body size, the endometrium thickness, uterine wall and the changes of the attachment in the follow up of 65 patients with uterine adenomyosis placed mirena before and after treatment. Results One month after placed mirena, the endometria became obviously thinning, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05） . After 12 months, uterine body size shrinked, but there was no statistically significant difference （P 〉0.05） ; 6 months after placed mirena, most of the echoes of diffuse lesions in uterine wall transferred into focal lesions, cyst shrinked in attachment area. Conclusion The regular ultrasound inspection is a direct-viewing simple method to observe the therapeutic effect of mirena （LNG-IUS） on uterine adenomyosis.
