革菌属真菌化学成分及药理活性研究进展

摘　　要：了解革菌属真菌化学成分和药理作用的国内外研究状况.目前革菌属真菌研究所涉及的种类仅4种,从该属真菌中分离出化学成分主要为对联三苯型酚类化合物,另外还包括甾体、脂肪族化合物及挥发油等成分.药理研究表明,对联三苯类化合物在抗氧化等方面显示了较好的活性.开展革菌属真菌的研究,对发现新的药用活性成分及资源保护有重要意义.We summarized the status of chemical and pharmacological studies on fungi of the genus Thelephora. There are four species of Thelephora genus and 86 compounds were isolated and characterized including p-terphenyls, steroids and aliphatic compounds, and some volatile compounds. Some p-terphenyls compounds have antioxidant activities. Studies on fungi of the genus would have important significance in finding of new bioactive compounds and the protection of resources.
