摘　　要：目的研究昆明医科大学医学生的总体幸福感现状及人口统计学变量对医学生总体幸福感的影响.方法采用自编的人口学调查题目和总体幸福感量表(GWB)对昆明医科大学948名本科生进行测查,并对测量结果进行统计分析.结果 (1)女生总体幸福感得分75.997分,显著高于全国常模(P<0.001);(2)医学生总体幸福感在是否担任学生干部(P<0.05)、生活支出(P<0.001)、家庭收入(P<0.05)方面存在显著差异,担任校级学生干部、月支出大于300元、家庭月收入高于1 500元的学生总体幸福感水平较高.结论医学生总体幸福感水平高于全国水平,女生得分显著高于全国常模,人口统计学变量对医学生总体幸福感具有显著影响.Objectives To study the General Well-being status of kunming Medical University undergraduate as well as how the leadership and the economic condition influence the General Well-being. Methods The investigation was conducted among 948 undergraduates in Kunming Medical University with General Well-Being Schedule and the results of different groups were compared. Results The overall condition of medical college students＇ subjective well-being was good, the happiness of girls was significant higher than national norm. Medical college students had significant differences in leadership and economic condition. Conclusions The happiness of Medical University undergraduate was higher than national norm, the happiness of girls had reached the significant differences compared to the national norm. Leadership and economic condition are the impact factor of Medical University undergraduates＇ General Well-being.
