烧伤生肤剂与湿润烧伤膏对镇痛及抗炎因子影响分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨烧伤生肤剂与美宝湿润烧伤软膏对烧伤患者的镇痛和消炎作用。方法采用随机数字表法将我院烧伤整形外科2012年8月～2014年4月收治的96例中度烧伤患者分为研究组和对照组各48例，研究组患者采用常规治疗结合烧伤生肤剂进行治疗，对照组采用美宝湿润烧伤软膏进行治疗。比较两组患者用药前、用药后第3、7天的疼痛、细胞炎性因子变化及疗效情况。结果研究组和对照组的视觉模拟评分（VAS）及C反应蛋白（CRP）、降钙素原（PCT）、肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）、白细胞介素-10（IL-10）、白细胞介素-6（IL-6）在治疗前比较差异均不显著（P＞0.05）；治疗后第3天的CRP、PCT、TNF-α、IL-10、IL-6值均低于对照组但差异均不显著（P＜0.05）；研究组第3天的VAS及第7天的VAS、CRP、PCT、TNF-α、IL-10、IL-6水平均显著低于对照组（ P＜0.05）。结论烧伤生肤剂对于缓解烧伤患者的疼痛、烧伤后炎症反应较美宝湿润烧伤软膏具有较好的临床效果。Objective To investigate the effect of skin regeneration agent and moist exposed burn ointment （ MEBO） on analgesia and anti-inflammation in burned patients.Methods A total of 96 cases of moderately burn-ed patients from Aug.2012 to Apr.2014 in our department were randomly divided into study group and control group with 48 cases in each group.Patients in the study group were treated with traditional method combined with skin re-generation agent and those in the control group were treated with MEBO.Conditions of pain and changes of inflam-matory factors and effects in the two groups before ointment usage,3 days after usage and 7 days after usage were compared.Results The differences of the VAS score,CRP,PCT,TNF-α,IL-10 and IL-6 between the study group and the control group before treatment were not significant（ P〉0.05）;the values of CRP,PCT,TNF-α,IL-10,IL-6 three days after treatment were lower than the control group but the difference was not significant （ P〈0.05 ）;the VAS score three days after treatment and VAS score,values of CRP,PCT,TNF-α,IL-10,IL-6 seven days after treat-ment were significantly lower than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Skin regeneration agent has better clinical effect than MEBO in relieving pains and inflammation for burned patients.
