摘 要:目的:明确TLR9激动剂能否诱导妊娠期小鼠发生子痫前期。方法:给妊娠期小鼠腹腔注射TLR9激动剂ODN1826,构建子痫前期小鼠模型,观察孕鼠血压、尿蛋白及胎鼠体重等变化情况,检测小鼠胎盘和肾脏TLR9表达水平。结果:实验组孕鼠的血压与尿蛋白均高于对照组,而胎鼠体重低于对照组。实验组小鼠胎盘和肾脏中TLR9表达升高。结论:TLR9激动剂能使TLR9表达升高并诱发妊娠期小鼠产生子痫前期样症状,提示TLR9可能参与子痫前期的发病机制。Objective:To investigate whether TLR9 agonist could induce preeclampsia in pregnancy mice. Methods:Pregnacy mice were i. p. injected with TLR9 agonist ODN1826. The blood pressure and urine protein of pregnant mice and fetal weight were observed. Expres-sion levels of TLR9 were measured in mice placentas and kidneys. Results:Compared with the control group,the blood pressure and urine protein of pregnant mice in the ODN group were at higher levels and the fetal weight was at lower level. Expression levels of TLR9 in mice placen-tas and kidneys of the ODN group were higher when compared with the control group. Conclu-sion:ODN1826 can activate TLR9 and induce preeclampsia-like symptoms in pregnancy mice. TLR9 may play a role in the pathogenesis of preeclampsia.
