摘 要:采用鱼骨状裂纹试验方法,研究了2A14铝合金光纤激光填丝焊接热裂纹敏感性,观察并分析了裂纹断口的形貌特征,为防止2A14铝合金光纤激光填丝焊接中热裂纹的产生提供了理论依据。研究结果表明,在2A14铝合金光纤激光填丝焊接中的热裂纹为结晶裂纹。在不同焊接速度时,热裂纹的产生均存在一个明显的激光功率阈值。激光功率低于阈值时,热裂纹倾向明显;激光功率达到或高于阈值时,热裂纹倾向得到抑制,基本不产生热裂纹。Hot cracking sensitivity in fiber laser welding of 2A14 aluminum alloy with filler wire were studied by fishbone cracking test.By using optical microscope(OM) and scanning electron microscope(SEM),the fracture morphology were analyzed to provide a theoretical basis for preventing hot cracking in fiber laser welding of 2A14 aluminum alloy with filler wire.The results show that solidification cracking is the main problem in fiber laser welding of 2A14 aluminum alloy with filler wire.There is an obvious laser power threshold to form hot cracks at different welding speeds.Hot cracking tendency is obvious when the laser power is below the threshold.There is no hot cracking when the laser power is higher than or equal to the threshold.
