正常中晚孕胎儿眼球玻璃体信号值随胎龄变化规律的初步探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨正常中晚孕胎儿眼球玻璃体信号值随胎龄增长变化的一般规律,为临床监测胎儿眼球发育提供参考。方法回顾性分析2006年7月至2014年2月期间发育正常的中晚孕胎儿共99名（198只眼球）MRI资料;按胎龄大小分成5组,即17～21周、22～26周、27～31周、32～36周、37～40周。分别测量各胎龄组眼球信号值大小,计数并进行统计学分析。结果 17～21、22～26、27～31、32～36、37～40周胎龄组胎儿眼球玻璃体信号值分别为600.63±171.77、492.73±214.97、421.43±181.47、388.04±137.11、329.99±119.73。经方差分析显示,胎儿眼球玻璃体信号值随胎龄增长有逐渐减低趋势,组间比较P=0.00,差异有统计学意义。结论正常中晚孕胎儿眼球玻璃体信号值随胎龄增长有逐渐减低趋势。Objective To explore the changes of fetal eye vitreous signal value with gestational age in middle-late preg- nancy period in order to provide useful references for clinical monitoring of fetal eye. Methods A total of 99 normal fetuses （198 eyes in total） , who were encountered at authors＇ hospital during the period from July 2006 to February 2014, were enrolled in this study. According to gestational age （ using week as the unit ） , the fetuses were divided into five groups： week 17 -21 group, week 22 -26 group, week 27 -31 group, week 32 -36 group and week 37 -40 group. The vitreous signal value of fetal every eye was measured separately, the resuhs were statistically analyzed. Results The fetal eye vitreous signal values of week 17 -21 group, week 22 -26 group, week 27 -31 group, week 32 -36 group and week 37 - 40 group were 600.63 ± 171.77, 492.73 ± 214.97, 421.43 ± 181.47, 388.04 ± 137.11 and 329.99 ± 119.73 re- spectively. Variance analysis indicated that the fetal eye vitreous signal value was gradually decreased with the gestational age ; the differences between each other among the five groups were statistically significant （ P = 0.00）. Conclusion The vitreous signal value of the second-third trimester normal pregnancy fetal eye is gradually decreasing with the increasing of gestational age.
