城市边缘区“非典型古村落”保护与复兴的困境及对策探讨——以南京市江宁区窦村古村为例

摘　　要：传统村落是中华农耕文明的根脉,也是传统社会最重要的空间组织单元。1980年代以来国内学术界提出"古村落保护"的概念,近年来传统村落保护和遗产旅游如火如荼进行,但是学术界和社会各界的关注焦点普遍集中于那些具有丰富历史文化价值的典型村落,而忽略了大量介于传统村落与普通乡村之间、位于城市边缘区、具有相对历史文化价值的"非典型古村落"。此类古村落的历史文化价值通常处于UNESCO确定的传统村落的历史文化价值之下,而处于城市边缘区的特征又使其历史文化价值具有服务于城乡功能、优化城乡关系的特殊潜质,且由于受到城市外溢发展的直接影响,正面临着保护与发展的矛盾选择。因此,本文着重对此类城市边缘区"非典型古村落"面临的困境进行梳理,在借鉴国外村落复兴的基础上,探讨其区别于那些经典历史文化名村的独特保护与复兴对策。Traditional village is the root of Chinese agricultural civilization. Domestic academic circles have presented the concept of “protection of ancient village” since the 1980s, and the protection of traditional villages and heritage tourism have been in full swing in recent years. But academic circles are focusing on those typical villages with rich historical and cultural value, and have ignored the village which usually have some of the historical and cultural value of ancient villages. These villages are generally located in the edge of the city, and we name them “the atypical ancient villages”. The historical and cultural value of these villages is usually under the standard of UNESCO, but the unique location makes them have the special potential of optimizing the relationship between urban and rural areas. Therefore, this article focuses on combing the plight of these villages, and references the renaissance of foreign countries. Then, we discuss the unique countermeasure of protection and renaissance of these villages.
