摘  要:目的:探讨基于i Phone4s i OS7系统的4款健身应用软件计步功能的有效性,为大众选择合适健身应用软件自我监测日常体力活动提供参考。方法:男、女各5名健康受试者,使用i Phone4s的动动健康、Runtastic Pedometer、Steps Mania和ibody运动4款健身应用软件,在实验室条件下采用跑台测量3.2 km/h、4.8 km/h、6.4 km/h、8.1 km/h、9.7 km/h等5种速度走跑各5 min的步数,同时由2名工作人员记录实际步数,对测试数据进行配对t检验、直线相关回归分析、ICC系数以及Bland-Altman法一致性检验。结果:(1)5种运动状态下仅在4.8 km/h时动动健康、Runtastic Pedometer、Steps Mania 3款健身应用软件男性测量步数稍高于女性(P>0.05),其余运动状态下4款健身应用软件女性测量步数均高于男性;(2)在3.2 km/h时4款健身应用软件无论是男、女还是总体测量步数与实际步数相比均有显著性或非常显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01),当步速达到4.8 km/h以上时,动动健康软件男、女及总体测量步数与实际步数均不存在显著性差异(P>0.05),且相关性和一致性最好(r=0.969,ICC=0.981),而Runtastic Pedometer健身应用软件达到6.4km/h以上速度、Steps Mania和ibody运动应用软件达到8.1 km/h时总体测量步数才出现相同的情况,但3种健身应用软件测量步数与实际步数相关性均较好,r依次为0.894、0.936、0.868,一致性ICC系数依次为0.962、0.930、0.942;动动健康和Steps Mania应用软件步数测量值略低估实际步数,Runtastic Pedometer和ibody运动应用软件步数测量值略高估实际步数。结论:基于i Phone4s i OS7系统的4款健身应用软件计步的准确性均较好,可作为大众实时自我监测日常体力活动量的工具。Objectives To provide appropriate fitness application software base on iPhone4s iOS7 system for public. Methods The steps of 5-min running at the speed of 3.2 km/h,4.8 kin/h,6.4 kin/h,8.1 km/h and 9.7 krn/h on a treadmill were measured respectively by Pacer, Runtastic Pedometer,Steps Mania,and ibody fitness applications of iPhone4s iOS7 system in 5 healthy male and female volunteers. The consistency of data obtained was determined by paired t-test,linear correlation and regression analysis,ICC coefficient,and Bland-Ahman method. Results (1)The step frequency of male volunteers measured by Pacer,Runtastic Pedometer and Steps Mania at the speed of 4.8 km/h was slightly higher than that of female volunteers,while the step frequency of female volunteers at the other 4 speeds was higher than that of male volunteers. (2)The difference between total steps measured by the 4 application software and actual steps from manual count at the speed of 3.2 km/h exhibited remarkable differences regardless of gender(P 〈 0.05 and P 〈 0.01). However, the difference between total steps measured by Pacer and actual steps from manual count disappeared at the speed of 4.8 km/h or faster regardless of gender(P 〉 0.05) and the best correlation (r = 0.969) and consistency (IGC = 0.981 ) were observed. The same situation occurred for Runtastic Pedometer when the running speed higher than 6.4 km/h, and for Steps Mania and ibody when the running speed up to 8.1 krn/h. The correlation and consistency between total steps measured by Runtastic Pedometer,Steps Mania and ibody and actual steps from manual count were excellent (r = 0.894,0.936 and 0.868,and ICC = 0.962,0.930 and 0.942, respectively). In addition,the steps measured by Pacer and Steps Mania were slightly lower than the steps from actual count,while by Runtastic Pedometer and ibody were higher than the steps from actual count.
