摘  要:目的:研究有氧运动对甲基苯丙胺类(methamphetamine,MA)成瘾者抑制能力的影响,为探究运动辅助成瘾治疗的机制研究提供理论依据。方法:采用改编过的Go/Nogo任务成绩和ERP数据作为测量抑制能力的指标,首先比较健康对照组和MA成瘾组任务结果,探究MA成瘾者抑制能力是否受损;其次将MA成瘾者分为两组,分别经过中等强度有氧运动(运动组)和静坐阅读(对照组)处理完成Go/Nogo任务,探讨有氧运动对抑制能力的影响。结果:(1)MA成瘾组Nogo正确率显著低于健康对照组(P<0.05),在Fz点MA成瘾组对中性图片的Nogo N2波幅显著低于健康对照组(P<0.001);(2)运动组MA成瘾者Nogo正确率显著高于对照组(P<0.01),Nogo N2波幅显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:MA成瘾者存在普遍性的抑制能力受损;有氧运动能通过提高MA成瘾者的抑制能力,达到辅助戒除毒瘾的效果。Objective The study was designed to investigate the impact of aerobic exercise on inhibitory control of methamphetamine (MA) addicts. Methods Through the modified Go/Nogo task,the behavioral data and event-related potentials(ERPs) were firstly collected from MA group and healthy control group,and then collected again from MA groups,in which half of the addicts completing sing/e bout of exercise and the others remaining sedentary at that time. Results( 1 )MA group exhibited significant lower Nogo accuracy than healthy control group (P 〈 0.05) and Nogo N2 amplitude in response to normal pictures at Fz was significantly lower in MA group than in healthy control group (P 〈 0.001). (2)Nogo accuracy and Nogo N2 amplitude of MA addicts after completing single bout of exercise were significantly higher(P 〈 0.01 and P 〈 0.05) than that in MA addicts who remained sedentary. Conclusion Aerobic exercise contributes to enhancing inhibitory control of MA addicts.
