电针在治疗大鼠脊髓半横断损伤后功能康复中的研究

摘　　要：目的探究电针治疗在大鼠脊髓半横断损伤后功能康复中的作用。方法成年Wister大鼠48只,雌雄不拘,随机分为4组,假手术组(A组)、假手术电针组(B组)、脊髓损伤组(C组)、损伤治疗组(D组)。A,C两组不进行电针治疗,B,D两组进行电针治疗。所有组大鼠于术后1,3,7,14d进行BBB行为学评分、斜板试验评定和测试大鼠后肢功能。14d后进行感觉诱发电位(SEP)和运动诱发电位(MEP)检测。结果所有组大鼠均进入结果分析。A,B两组的实验结果差异无显著性(P>0.05),C,D两组较A,B两组BBB评分明显减少,斜板角度明显降低,SEP和SEP的潜伏期延长,峰-峰值减小。1d时,BBB行为学评分和斜板试验A,B两组高于C,D组,A,B两组之间比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05);3d时,A,B组评分和斜板试验角度大于C,D两组;7d时,A,B两组结果趋于稳定,好于C,D两组;14d时,C,D两组结果明显变好,D组实验结果优于C组,且两组实验结果两两比较具有明显差异(P<0.01)。结论电针在治疗大鼠脊髓半横断损伤后功能康复中能促进脊髓损伤大鼠恢复。Objective To explore the role of electro-acupuncture in the reccovery of rats with hemisection spinal cord injury . Methods Forty eight adult Wister rats of either sex were randomly divided into four groups ,sham-operated （ A） group,sham acupuncture group（ B） ,hemisection of spinal cord injury （ C） group and injury treatment （ D） group.Rats in group A and group C were treated without acu-puncture treatment,while rats in group B and group D were treated by electroacupuncture .BBB（Basso-Beattle-Bersnahan） behavior score and inclined plate（inclined plane,IP） of all groups of rats in postoperative 1,3,7,14d were tested to assess and test the rat hind limbs function . Sensory evoked potential（cortical somatosensory evoked potential,SEP） and motor evoked potentials（motor evoked potentia,MEP） were de-tected on the 14th day after treatment .Results All rats were involved in the result analysis .The results of group A and B had no significant difference（P〉0.05）.Compared to group A and B,group C and D had lower BBB score and Angle of inclined plate ,longer the incubation pe-riod of sensory evoked potential and motor evoked potentials and the value was decreased .On the 1th day,BBB behavioral score and inclined plane test of group A and B were better than those of group C and D ,between the two groups there was no significant difference （P〉0.05）. On the 3th day,A,B score and inclined plane test angle of group A and B was larger than group C and D but with ,no significant difference（P〉0.05）.On the 7th day,the results of group A,B tended to be stable with group C and D.There was no statistically significant difference be-tween the two groups.On the 14th day,the results of group C and D clearly changed to the better ,the results of group D were better than those of group C,the two experimental results were significantly different （P〈0.01）.Conclusion Electroacupuncture could promote the recovery of injured spinal cord in rats with hemisection of spinal cord injury rehabili
