摘 要:目的研究淋巴细胞Kv1.3钾离子通道蛋白与新疆哈萨克族高血压患者左心室肥厚(LVH)的关系。方法选取2010年01月至2012年12在新疆医科大学第一附属医院心脏中心住院,未经降压药物治疗的新疆哈萨克族高血压患者100例(男48例,女52例),年龄(55±14)岁。行心脏彩色多普勒超声检查和淋巴细胞Kv1.3钾离子通道蛋白测定,根据左心室质量指数(LVMI)分为LVH组和非LVH组。Pearson相关分析和多元线性回归分析淋巴细胞Kv1.3钾离子通道蛋白与高血压LVH的相关性。结果 LVH组淋巴细胞Kv1.3钾离子通道蛋白高于非LVH组(P〈0.01)。淋巴细胞Kv1.3钾离子通道蛋白预测LVH最佳临床分界点为7.462×100,敏感度为68.2%,特异度为98.2%,曲线下面积为0.852(95%CI0.714-0.900,P〈0.01)。淋巴细胞Kv1.3钾离子通道蛋白与室间隔厚度、左心室后壁厚度和LVMI呈正相关(分别为r=0.331、0.291和0.218,均P〈0.01),且淋巴细胞Kv1.3钾离子通道蛋白为室间隔厚度、左心室后壁厚度和LVMI的独立影响因素(分别为β=0.412、0.512和0.319,均P〈0.01)。结论淋巴细胞Kv1.3钾离子通道蛋白为哈萨克族高血压患者LVH的独立影响因素。Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of volgate-gated potassium channel Kvl. 3 in plasma lymphocytes and the risk of left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH) in Kazakh hypertensive patients. Methods A total of 100 hypertensive patients 1-48 males and 52 females, mean age- (55±14)years] were included. All study patients underwent eehocardiography examination and had the expression of volgate gated potassium channel Kvl. 3 in plasma lymphocytes measured. Based on left ventricular mass index, all study patients were divided into two groups: the LVH group and the non-LVH group. Pearson correlation and multiple linear regression analyses were used to quantify the relationship between the expression of volgate gated potassium channel Kvl. 3 in plasma lymphocytes and LVH. Results The expression of volgate-gated potassium channel Kvl. 3 in plasma lymphoeytes was higher in the LVH group than in the non-LVH group. Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve analysis revealed that the cut off point of the expression of volgate-gated potassium channel Kvl. 3 in plasma lymphocytes fo predicting LVH was 7. 462× 100 with the sensibility of 68.2% and the specificity of 98.2%, and the area under the curve of 0. 852 (95 % CI: 0. 714-0. 900, P〈0.01). The expression of volgate-gated potassium channel Kvl. 3 in plasma lymphocytes was positively correlated with interventricular septal thickness, left ventrieular posterior wall thickness and left ventricular mass index ( r = 0. 331, 0. 291 and 0. 218, all P〈0.01 ), respectively. The expression of volgate-gated potassium channel Kv1. 3 in plasma lymphocytes was associated with interventricular septal thickness, left ventrieular posterior wall thickness and left ventricular mass index, respectively (β=0. 412, 0. 512 and 0. 319, P〈0.05). Conclusions The elevated expression of volgate-gated potassium channel Kv1. 3 in plasma lymphocytes can predict the risk of developing LVH, suggesting a close relationship between active lymphoc
