肾胺酶基因多态性与苏北地区青年原发性高血压的相关性

摘  要:目的研究肾胺酶重要单核苷酸多态性位点rs2296545(C/G)多态性与苏北地区青年原发性高血压的相关性。方法选取2012年8月至2015年2月在淮安市第一人民医院就诊的青年原发性高血压290例及体检健康对照292人,取外周血应用QIAamp DNA Blood Midi Kit试剂盒提取DNA并扩增后应用Taqman探针法鉴定rs2296545(C/G)的多态性并比较。结果两组rs2296545(C/G)基因型分布差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),CC基因型人群发生高血压的风险为GG基因型的2.23倍(95%CI1.24-4.00)。结论 rs2296545多态性CC基因型青年人群可能易发高血压。Objective To investigate the relationship between renalase gene rs2296545(C/G) polymorphism and essential hypertension (EH) in a young population of Northern Jiangsu Province. Methods A total of 290 EH patients and 292 controls were enrolled from the First People's Hospital in Huaian. Genomic DNA was extracted from peripheral blood using QIAamp DNA Blood Midi Kit and the genotypes of rs2296545(C/G) polymorphism were determined by Taqman MGB probes. Results The frequency of rs2296545 CC genotype was higher in EH patients than in controls(P〈0.05) , and carriers of this genotype were 2.23 times(95% CI 1.24-4.00) more likely to develop EH. Conclusion Renalase gene rs2296545 CC genotype was an increased risk factor for hypertension in young subjects.
