摘 要:针对中厚板轧制过程头尾部分温度差的变化规律进行分析,基于可逆轧制特点,计算不同道次头尾轧制时间和间隙时间的变化特点,重点研究厚度对头尾温度差的影响,得知,对于薄规格钢板,连续轧制过程钢板的累计头尾温差一般不超过7℃,对于30mm以上厚规格钢板累计头尾温度差不超过3℃。这个数值对轧制力设定和TMCP工艺的制定影响较小,不需要特殊进行考虑。同时转钢操作和待温处理不会恶化钢板头尾温度差异。Based on the reversing roiling characteristics, the variation of temperature difference between plate head and tail for rolling process was analyzed. For two continuous passes, the time intervals of plate head and of plate tail were not equal. Then the influence of plate thickness on temperature difference between them was studied. The results show that: for thin plate, the max accumulative temperature difference is less than 7℃ during the continuous rolling process; for thick plate more than 30 ram, the accumulative temperature difference is less than 3℃. The value is small and has little influence on rolling force setting and TMCP technology, and the same of slab turning operation and temperature holding operation on temperature difference.
