摘　　要：对开裂的Q345B材料进行了外观检测、成分检测、性能检测、电镜扫描和金相组织检测,发现Q345B材料开裂的原因是存在夹杂物和硫、磷偏析带,同时提出了相应的措施。On the cracking of Q345B materials were detected appearance inspection, component detection, performance test, SEM and metallographic structure, found out the causes of Q345B material cracking is the existence of inclusions and sulfur, phosphorus segregation band, and puts forward the corresponding measures.
