摘　　要：思想政治工作"生命线"理论是思想政治教育学科建设的基础理论。在改革开放新时期,"生命线"理论在共产党人积极继承和创新发展中与时俱进,理论境界不断提升,理论内涵不断丰富。"生命线"理论的发展既是革命建设时期总结经验教训的要求,又是马克思主义中国化的必然结果,也是改革开放的现实需要。内涵丰富的"生命线"理论不仅对于推进思想政治教育学科发展具有重大理论价值,而且对于有效发挥思想政治工作在实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的征途中的积极作用也具有重大实践价值。The lifeline theory of ideological and political work is the basic theory of discipline construction of ideological and political education. In the new era of reform and opening up, with the communists＇ positive inheritance and innovation, lifeline theory is keeping pace with the times, the theory realm is continuously improved, and the theory connotation is constantly enriched. The development is the requirement of the experience and lessons from the period of revolution and construction, the inevitable result of Chinese Marxism, and also the realistic need of the reform and opening up. The theory has not only the great theoretical value for promoting the development of discipline construction of ideological and political education, but also has significantly practical value for achieving the positive effect of ideological and political work in the journey of realizing the China Dream of great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
