摘  要:12~40.5kV开关柜、环网柜设备是电网系统中运行数量最多的一次变电设备,近年来,开关柜、环网柜事故频发,造成了经济损失、人员伤亡等不好的社会影响。通过对在运开关柜、环网柜开展全面排查、治理,发现其事故隐患及固有缺陷主要集中在接线方式、内部电弧释放能力、内部绝缘、发热和防误闭锁等方面,通过制定针对性的对策,开关柜、环网柜事故数量大大减少,电网运行可靠性稳步提升。12-40.5kV switch cabinets and looped network cabinets of are the largest number of primary substation devices. In recent years, there were many accidents of these devices, which cause negative social influence including economic loss and casualties. Based on comprehensive examination, it is found that the accident potential and inherent detects are mainly concentrated on connection mode, internal arc release ability, internal insulation, overheating, and error- locking preventing. The number of accidents greatly is reduced and the reliability of power system operation is improved significantly through specific countermeasures.
