摘 要:用高级旋转流变仪对NFC(纳米纤化纤维素)凝胶的流变行为进行了测量。研究发现,NFC凝胶是剪切稀化的假塑性材料,黏弹性方面,是弹性占优。随着制备浓度的不同,得到的NFC的尺寸和凝胶体的内部结构也不同,具体表现为:随着NFC浓度的增大,NFC凝胶的内部结构变得复杂(纤维缠绕、交联,形成网络状结构),凝胶体变得"挺硬",黏度增加,屈服应力显著变大,黏弹模量增大,向黏弹性固体形式转变。The rheological behavior of NFC (nano fibrillated cellulose) gels was measured using an advanced rotary rheometer. The study found, NFC gels is pseudoplastic materials and elastic dominant in viscoelastic areas. With the different preparation concentration, the internal structures and the size of the NFC gels is also different, the specific performance is: along with the increased concentration, the internal structure of NFC gels became more complex (fiber winding, branched, cross-linking, formed a network structure), gel became "stiffness", the viscosity, yield stress was significantly larger, the viscoelastic modulus increased and the NFC gels changed to the viscoelastic solid form.
