摘　　要：以美国国家实验室的科技成果转化政策为研究对象,介绍了美国国家实验室的历史沿革与发展现状,梳理了美国技术转移服务体系,在此基础上解析了美国国家实验室科技成果转化路径,从法律、资金、政策与绩效4个方面归纳了促进成果转化的制度保障体系。最后,在总结美国国家实验室科技成果转化成功经验的基础上,为我国实现《国家中长期科技发展规划纲要》指导目标提出了相应的政策建议。In this paper, we focus on the technology transfer policy of National Laboratory m America. Then, we intro- duced the historical evolution and development status of National Laboratory in America, and describe the structure of technology transfer. On that basis, we analysis the technology transfer path and institutional guarantee for technology transfer in National Laboratory in America. Finally, we make a conclusion on policy recommendations of development of technology transfer in China.
