摘  要:分析了3种传统的应用于并网的高频链逆变器(high frequency link inverter,HFLI)的电路拓扑,综合3种HFLI的各自特点,提出了一种组合全波整流式(combined full-wave rectifier-CFR)HFLI(CFR-HFLI)。推演了从周波式HFLI(cycloconverter HFLI,CHFLI)到CFR-HFLI的拓扑重构过程,分析了CFR-HFLI的电路工作模态。对CFR-HFLI和CHFLI进行比较,总结了CFR-HFLI的特点。给出了与CFR-HFLI相关的并网逆变器、AC/AC变换器和组合全桥整流式逆变器的电路拓扑。实验结果验证了CFR-HFLI具有的良好性能和高效率。This paper analyzed three types of the conventional high-frequency link inverters (HFLI), which are applied to the grid-conection. According to the features of three types, it presented a novel combined full-wave rectifiers HFLI (CFR-HFLI). The working mode of the CFRHFLI is analyzed. The process of the topology reconstruction, from cycloeonverter HFLI (CHFLI) to CFR-HFLI, is deduced. Compared with RHFLI and CHFLI, the characteristics of CFR-HFLI is summed up. The topologies of the relevant grid-connected inverter, AC/AC converter and full-brigde CFR-HFLI are given. The experimental results verify that the CFR-HFLI has excellent performance and high efficiency.
