摘 要:风电并网增加了系统有功调度的难度,为了协调系统运行的可靠性、经济性与风电利用效益之间的矛盾,提出了24点调峰裕度指标,从调峰的角度确定出系统动态正负旋转备用和风电并网功率,并构建了以系统总运行成本最小为目标,含水、火电运行价格成本、风电弃风惩罚成本以及系统备用惩罚成本的风电并网协调优化调度模型。针对该模型,采用优先顺序法和改进粒子群算法,并基于某个含风电的区域电网算例进行仿真验证。结果表明,所提出的指标和优化模型为解决风电并网运行问题提供了一种有效方法。Grid-connection of wind farm makes trouble for active power dispatching of power grid. To coordinate operational reliability and economy of power grid with the benefit of wind power utilization, a 24-point peak load regulation margin index, which determines positive and negative spinning reserve in power grid and the wind power sent to power grid, is put forward and a coordinated optimal dispatching model under grid-connection of wind farm is proposed. In the proposed model, the minimized total operation cost is taken as the objective, in which the running cost of thermal- and hydro-power generation, the penalty cost due to wind power curtailment and the penalty cost of system reserve capacity are contained. The proposed model is validated by the results of the simulation based on a certain regional power grid containing three wind farms, and the priority list method and the improved particle swarm optimization (PSO) are used in the simulation. Simulation results show that the proposed index and optimal model offer an effective approach to solve grid-connection of wind farms.
