摘 要:常规现代农业发展带来的各种弊端一方面可在现代农业内部通过发展方式调整予以解决,另一方面可通过包括食品短链在内的各种新型农业模式探索新的出路。基于问卷调查结果,分析位于北京郊区的41个中小型生态农场的主要特征,包括经营者、土地、资金、雇工、技术、价格与销售等。结果显示,中小型生态农场在社会和生态维度具有较强可持续性,但在经营层面存在较大经营风险,尤其是财务风险;总体上存在的信任危机问题在短期内还难以通过参与式认证体系加以解决。食品短链对于生态农业发展具有引领性价值,其政策借鉴意义在于培养生态农业经营人才和发展环境。The various problems brought by conventional modern agriculture are to be conquered from inside through adjustments of developmental modes on the one hand, and to be solved by new agricultural patterns on the other hand, such as the short food supply chains. Based on data of a questionnaire survey on new farmers, this paper reports the major characteristics of 41 small- and medium-size eco-farms nearby Beijing. Results show that the surveyed eco-farms are fairly sustainable in social and ecological dimensions, but are quite risky in business, especially financial risk. The general trust crisis on eco-products is not to be solved by participatory guarantee system. The short food supply chains have a leading value on the development of ecological agriculture, which implies the importance of talents and amenable developmental environment.
