摘　　要：作为资源描述与检索的新规则,RDA国际化的趋势已不可阻挡。对比美国和澳大利亚的RDA本地政策声明,我国制定本地化政策应以"外文先行"为原则,繁简适度、突出重点,明确范围、立足书目,着重操作、结合格式,西语为主、兼顾其他,保有弹性、张弛有度,套录原编、详简得当。参考文献7。The international adoption of Resource Description and Access （RDA） as a new rule is irresistible. Compared with those in the United States and Australia, RDA policy statements of China should be designed based on foreign language literature first. In addition, the policy statements should be moderate in complexity and prominent in content, defined in scope and based on bibliographical records, integrated with formats and emphasized in practice, centered on Western languages and also supplemented by others, appropriate in flexibility and balanced in copy and original cataloging. 7 refs.
