2010-2014年重庆市渝中区孕产妇系统保健情况分析

摘　　要：目的分析2010-2014年重庆市渝中区孕产妇系统保健状况,为进一步做好该地区孕产妇保健工作提供依据。方法采用回顾性研究方法,对2010-2014年重庆市渝中区妇幼卫生年报表数据进行统计分析。结果 2010-2014年重庆市渝中区孕产妇系统管理率分别为81.42%（3 568/4 382）、77.28%（4 208/5 445）、90.38%（5 137/5 684）、87.01%（2 941/3 380）、94.01%（4 286/4 559）,呈波动上升趋势;高危孕产妇发生率[2010-2014年分别为12.28%（514/4 186）、8.87%（462/5 207）、8.62%（460/5 339）、12.43%（418/3 362）、13.26%（599/4 516）]逐年上升,剖宫产率[2010-2014年分别为61.94%（2 714/4 382）、45.73%（2 490/5 445）、57.25%（3 254/5 684）、54.14%（1 830/3 380）、49.99%（2 279/4 559）]逐年下降,但仍在高位运行。结论重庆市渝中区孕产妇保健工作成绩显著,但需进一步提高产科质量,降低高危孕产妇发生率与剖宫产率,才能切实保障母婴健康。Objective To provide a basis for making further health service of pregnant and lying-in women in Yuzhong district of Chongqing by analyzing the systematic health care condition of pregnant and lying-in women in the district from 2010 to 2014. Methods A retrospective study was conducted to analyze the annual report data of maternal and child health in Yuzhong district of Chongqing from 2010 to 2014. Results The system administration rates of pregnant and lying-in women in Yuzhong district of Chongqing from 2010 to 2014 respectively were 81.42% （3568/4382）,77.28% （4208/5445）,90.38% （5137/5684）, 87.01% （2941/3380）,94.01% （4286/4559）,showing an fluctuating increasing trend. The incidence rates of high risk lying-in woman, which were 12.28% （514/4186 ）, 8.87% （462/5207）, 8.62% （460/5339 ）, 12.43 % （418/3362 ）, 13.26% （ 599/4516 ） respectively from 2010 to 2014,increased year by year. The cesarean rates,which were 61.94% （2714/4382）,45.73% （2490/5445）, 57.25 % （3254/5684）, 54.14% （ 1830/3380 ）, 49.99% （ 2279/4559 ） respectively from 2010 to 2014, showed a dechning trend but were still high. Conclusion The health service of pregnant and lying-in women in Yuzhong district of Chongqing has a remarkable achievement, but only further improving the obstetrical quality and decreasing the cesarean rate and the incidence rate of high risk pregnant and lying-in woman can guarantee maternal and child health.
