摘  要:目的探讨去窦弓神经(SAD)对大鼠血管内皮功能的影响。方法选取SD大鼠50只随机分为对照组、假手术组、SAD 30 d组、SAD 60 d组、SAD 90 d组,分别采空腹静脉血,测定血管内皮功能指标:一氧化氮(NO)和内皮素1(ET-1)的变化。结果假手术组血压与对照组比较差异无统计学意义,3个SAD组与对照组比较24 h舒张压和收缩压波动明显(P<0.05);SAD 30 d组、SAD 60 d组、SAD 90 d组与对照组及假手术组比较NO明显减少(P<0.05),ET-1明显增多(P<0.05);且大鼠随SAD时间的延长,NO水平逐渐降低(P<0.05),ET-1水平逐渐升高(P<0.05)。结论 SAD导致的血压波动,使血管内皮细胞的功能遭到明显破坏,且随时间延长日益严重,血压波动可能促进动脉硬化的发生和发展。Objective To explore the effects of sinoaortic denervation(SAD) on vascular endothelial function of rats. Methods Fifty SD rats were randomly divided into five groups: control group,sham operation group,30-day SAD group,60-day SAD group and 90-day SAD group. Nitric oxide( NO) and endothelin 1( ET-1) were measured and compared between the five groups. Results There were no differences in blood pressure between the sham operation group and the control group. Compared with the control group,both systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in three SAD groups fluctuated obviously within 24 hours( P〈0. 05). The level of NO was depressed significantly( P〈0. 05) and the level of ET-1 was elevated significantly( P〈0. 05) in the three SAD groups compared with that in the control group and sham operation group. And in the three SAD groups,the level of NO( P〈0. 05) was gradually decreased and the level of ET-1( P〈0. 05) was gradually increased. Conclusions The fluctuation of blood pressure caused by sinoaortic denervation might destroy the function of endothelial cells obviously at a time-dependent manner. So the fluctuation of blood pressure can promote the occurrence and development of atherosclerosis.
