摘 要:文章针对一种特大型柴油机曲轴连杆圆度误差的上位机检测算法进行了研究。并依据国标规定的检测原则与检测方法,提出了基于多组三点定圆的最小区域算法,在多组取样点中采用两边逼近法求取同心圆圆心,利用误差计算公式计算圆度误差。在常温同等检测条件下,通过对标准件的10次检测,取300组采样数据,用现行各个算法计算出结果,实验数据表明基于文章所提出的算法测量数据折线最贴近标定值数据线,而且变化量相对稳定,是符合实际场景下圆度误差定义的一种评定方法,所评定的圆度测量误差最小。In this paper, detection method for a large diesel engine crank shape and position error is studied. According to the detection principle and detection methods of GB, puts forward the minimal region algorithm based on multiple groups of three points. By using the multiple groups sampled points, through the both sides approximation method to calculate the center of concentric circle, and calculating the roundness error based on the error calculation formula. At room temperature and the same testing conditions, through the 10 times detection of standard parts and 300 groups of sampled data, using the current method of each algorithm to calculate the results, the experimental data show that the algorithm proposed measurement data line closest to the standard data line, and the variation is relatively stable, is consistent with a method for roundness error evaluation the definition of actual situations, the method in this paper gives the minimum value of roundness error.
