中医清泻法治疗大鼠梗阻性黄疸肠源性内毒素血症的研究

摘　　要：目的观察中医清泻法对梗阻性黄疸肠源性内毒素血症的疗效。方法将大鼠分成四组:结扎胆总管三组,即模型清泻法组、模型西药组、模型对照组;空白组仅游离牵拉胆总管即可,不结扎。实验结束后,检测各组大鼠血浆中内毒素(LPS)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-a)、肝功能(ALT)水平。结果模型清泻法组大鼠经清泻法自拟汤治疗后,一般情况较模型对照组有一定改善,日均饮水量有明显提高(P<0.05),各项实验室指标均明显低于模型对照组(P<0.01),对TNF-a指标的改善优于西药组(P<0.05);其它疗效指标与西药组相比疗效相近(P>0.05)。结论中医清泻法治疗梗阻性黄疸肠源性内毒素血症有效。Objective To observe the effects of the Febricide and Catharsis Treatment of Chinese Medicine to the Obstructive Jaundice Endotoxemia .Method Experimental rats were divided into 4 groups which were the model ca‐tharsis group ,model western medicine group ,model control group ,and the blank group .Make a mold through li‐gating the common bile duct of the model group and the model control group rats .Meanwhile ,to the blank group rats ,just puled the common bile duct loosely ,not to tie them up .After the experiment ended ,it was detected the indexes of blood plasma endotoxin ,TNF‐α levels in each group respectively .Result After treated by the Febricide and Catharsis Treatment of Chinese Medicine ,the rats ,which were with the Obstructive Jaundice Endotoxemia had improved their quality of furn color and temper ,and they obviously drank more water daily than usual （P〈0 .05） , which were drop each experiment index compared with the rats in the model contrast group （P〈0 .01） .They also had a better improvement of the TNF compared with the ones in the western medicine group （P〈0 .05） .they had got almost exact treatment effects （P〉0 .05） of the rest experiment indexes and had got a much better improvement tendency to the rats in the western medicine group .All that indicates the FCTCM were not only effective to the treatment for the rats in the model contrast group with western lactose medicine .Conclusion It is effective to apply the FCTCM to the treatment for the Obstructive Jaundice Endotoxemia .
