摘  要:依据提补水价的基本原理,分析了影响农业节水的供水成本、用水户水价承受能力、国家补贴等因素。结合山东省德州实际,建立了适合本地特点的水价模型,通过水价调控机制实现了"用水多、水价高,用水少、水价低、得实惠"。水价模型在试点区域进行试验,达到了节水20%的效果,表明此模型适宜在山东省内推广。In accordance with basic principle of increasing water pricing tariff for subsidy, analysis is made on factors such as cost of water supply, bearing capacity of water users and government subsidy. Water pricing model is established in line with local conditions of Dezhou Region in Shandong Province. Thanks to the regulation mechanism of water charges, water tariff has been raised for more usage but low tariff is charged to less usage. After an experiment in the pilot area, it is found that the water pricing model can help to reduced 20% of water use, which indicates that it is feasible for further extension of this approach in Shandong Province.
