摘　　要：以住宅产业化发展的影响因素为研究对象,从系统动力学角度建立住宅产业化系统动力学模型,静态分析各影响因素之间的结构关系,动态分析不同因素对住宅产业化规模化发展的影响程度,最终识别出住宅产业化发展的主要影响因素。This paper takes the factors of Housing Industrialization as the research object, establishes the System Dynamics model of the factors of the Housing Industrialization , makes clear the dynamic relationship of the influencing variables , analysis of the influence of different factors on the Housing Industrialization scale development, Finally, the authors identify the main influencing factors.
