摘　　要：目的探讨适合我国突发核与辐射事件卫生应急演练策划和保障的内容和方法。方法整理和总结国内几次核与辐射卫生应急演练组织保障工作的经验，并结合国际研究成果，分析适合我国的核与辐射事件卫生应急演练的策划、设计和保障等具体内容和方法。结果初步提出了突发核与辐射卫生应急演练策划设计的方法步骤以及各项保障工作的内容，以及实施中注意事项。结论本文提出的突发核与辐射事件卫生应急演练的策划和保障内容和方法，可作为今后演练活动的参考。Objective To explore the planning and supporting process for medical response exercise to a nuclear or radiological emergency. Methods Referring to some research achievements from foreign countries, several medical responses exercises conducted earlier were compelled and analyzed for a more suitable solution. Results Strategic designing, respective supporting contents and all the notification items were primarily created for the medical response exercise to the nuclear and radiological emergency. Conclusion The contents and methods created may serve as valuable reference for the exercise in future.
