银屑平颗粒止痒作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的本研究旨在探讨银屑平颗粒的止痒作用。方法取豚鼠50只，按体重随机分为空白对照组、银屑平颗粒低、中、高剂量组、阳性对照药银屑灵组。记录每只豚鼠所给予组胺的总量，以此总量为致痒阈，并比较各组动物的致痒阈。结果银屑平颗粒高、中、低剂量组及阳性对照药银屑灵组可明显提高磷酸组胺致豚鼠局部瘙痒反应的致痒阈，与空白对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论银屑平颗粒能有效的抑制磷酸组胺引起的皮肤瘙痒，表明银屑平颗粒具有明显的止痒作用。Objective To explore Yinxieping granules＇ Itching relief effect. Methods 50 cavies were randomly divided into control group, high dosage Yinxieping granules group, medium dosage group, low dosage group, and group of positive control drug of Yinxieling group based on their body weight. The total volume of histamine phosphate given to each eavy was recorded when the cavy turned its head to lick the affected foot, and this volume was taken as the threshold of itching and were compared among various groups. Results The threshold of itching of eavy model eaused by histamine phosphate were largely increased by the high dosage of Yinxieping granules, middle dosage, low dosage, and the positive control drug of Yinxieling. Significant differenees were found when eomparing with the control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Yinxieping granules is considered being efficient in relieving itching caused by histamine phosphate, and reflected an obvious functionality of stopping the iteh.
